Our Pastor and First Lady

Pastor Abraham And Belen Monterrosa

Abraham Monterrosa was born Feb 22, 1971 in Los Angeles, CA. He was raised in the church of Peniel where he got baptized in Jesus name, and in 1985 received the gift of The Holy Ghost. At 21, he met his now wife Belen Nava. They moved to Washington & got married on March 28, 1992. His ministry began 2 yrs later, God used him in music and as the Youth President for Messenger of Peace in Washington. He became a deacon, minister and eventually co-pastor at the Apostolic Family Center in Tacoma under the pastorship of Pastor Nava. God took him to another level and called him to Pastorship of his own congregation in Oct 2010 where "House of Worship" came to fruition (later renamed House of Praise, and now called Apostolic Revival Center).

First Lady Sister Belen Nava-Monterrosa was born in San Diego, CA on December 14, 1970 to Pastor Eleazar & Maria E. Nava. In October of 1979, the Nava family moved to the State of Washington. Sister Belen along with her 2 siblings were raised the rest of their childhood up to their adult years in Washington.

Sister Belen was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 12 years old by her uncle Pastor Joe Pacheco who pastored the first Apostolic church in Seattle in 1979. Sister Belen grow up with a passion of teaching the childrens department and being so involved with the youth group. As a young lady, she helped her father when he started his Pastor ship of Apostolic Family Center in the city of Tacoma in 1989. She was the church treasurer, children's teacher, youth leader and praise team leader.

 

Pastor and Sister Belen were blessed with 3 beautiful children- Their eldest daughter, Cecilia (currently in music and youth ministry). A son, Abraham Jr. (leader of youth ministry and in music ministry as well). And their youngest daughter Ciara, who is currently a sophmore in Hight school. She sings in the praise team and continues developing her talents for God.
